Understanding Flova
Flova is an AI-native video creation Agent platform. You can describe what you want in natural language, or upload text, images, videos, or audio as references. The Agent then moves the project from idea to final video through multi-step planning and execution. This covers scriptwriting, storyboard design, image / video / audio generation, and timeline assembly. The Agent keeps adjusting based on your feedback until you reach the final video.
Flova integrates mainstream image, music, and video generation models, along with language models for understanding and orchestration. Project-level memory continuously records the current state of scripts, shots, media, and edits, so you can revise intermediate steps without losing the thread. You can also turn your habits, taste, and workflow into a Skill, so the Agent follows the same standard each time. Beyond directing the Agent in the chat box, you can also work directly in the workspace, make local AI generations, and collaborate with the Agent on the same screen across parallel tracks.
Who Flova is for
Flova is for anyone who wants to create video with AI: from first-time AI video users to professional creators who already have scripts, media, and production workflows.

How Flova works
Video creation under one goal is often a continuous, long-running process. Along the way, you make many choices, keep many intermediate assets, and accumulate more and more work in progress. Flova is designed around a continuous creative process: its memory system understands the creation history and current state of this project, then keeps the work moving forward.
Structured planning
Complex video projects often involve steps that depend on each other. Later stages rely on decisions made earlier. Flova understands these dependencies through the project structure, plans the order of work, and makes later generations build on the previous results you selected instead of treating each step as isolated. Each intermediate step can produce multiple versions for comparison and selection. After you choose or revise a version, later planning continues from the current version. Through iteration, dependencies, and version management, the whole process becomes more traceable, adjustable, and controllable.
Your decisions are remembered
For iterative work on process assets, your feedback, edits, and final selections are written into the project context in a structured way. Later generations remember your preferences, so you do not need to explain "use that feeling from before" again and again. Execution work, such as organizing media, assembling the timeline, and calling models, is handled by the Agent. The story direction and key shot choices are still decided by you.
Flexible creation flow
You do not have to follow one fixed process. For example, you do not always need to create a storyboard first and then generate media from it. You can explore style and character images first, then bring the selected results into the formal storyboard design. You can also import existing assets from outside Flova and only generate the missing parts needed later in the project.
Reusable experience with Skills
You can write your habits, taste, and production workflow into a Skill. After testing it, you can let the Agent execute according to that Skill. A Skill can be viewed, edited, and reused in the same project or future projects, reducing the need to explain from scratch how this type of video should be made.
Transparent and reversible
Operations and generations are recorded, and the working rules in a Skill are visible to you. When you know what the Agent did and can return to an earlier state, the system becomes suitable for long-term collaboration.
