Account Settings

Manage your account from the avatar menu in the top-right → Account. This page covers how to sign in, edit your profile, adjust preferences, and keep your account secure.

Signing in & verification

Flova uses passwordless sign-in — there's no account password, and therefore no "forgot password". On a new device, just request a fresh code with the same email.

There are two ways to sign in:

• Email code — enter your email, receive a 6-digit code, and you're in. Your first sign-in registers your account automatically. You can also use the sign-in link in the email.
• Google — click "Continue with Google" to sign in with one tap.

About the email code:

• It's a 6-digit code, valid for about 5 minutes, with up to 5 attempts. Resending has a 60-second cooldown.
• If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first; some alias addresses may be merged or blocked.
• The sign-in link in the email is valid for about 15 minutes and can be used only once.

Once signed in, your session lasts about 30 days and renews automatically with normal use, so you rarely need to sign in again.

Editing your profile

Under Account → Edit profile:

• Avatar — click your avatar to upload an image.
• Username — 1–40 characters, using letters, numbers, and hyphens (-). Click save to apply.

Preferences

Under Account → Settings:

• Task notifications — get a browser desktop notification when a task finishes (permission required).
• Large-task reminder — get a confirmation prompt before starting a task expected to be resource-heavy, to avoid accidental runs.
• Shortcuts — customize key bindings for each action, with one-click reset to defaults.
• Model preferences — set default models separately for image, video, audio, music, and text steps.
• Interface language — the interface is available in multiple languages and follows your setting.

Signing out & deleting your account

• Sign out — click Sign Out on the account page to clear your local session.
• Delete account — there's currently no self-service delete. To close your account, please contact Flova through the official support email: [email protected].
